2449253 - Minimum Registration for Classes

In Class details there are two fields called 'Minimum Enrolments' and 'Maximum Enrolments'.

The Maximum Enrolments can be used to waitlist users when its number exceeds the maximum defined. Admin wants a similar approach for the 'Minimum Enrolments', like a notification to alert Instructor or Administrator or even a process to automatically cancel the Class and alert users about it.

1. In Learning Administration > Learning Activities > Classes
2. navigate to Class record
3. Scroll down until reach the Registration Settings:

At the Class level, the Minimum Enrolments is just a guideline, meaning that has no effects (it's referential only) and it does not trigger any notifications or actions.

In this field you can enter the minimum number of users who should register before an instructor conducts a segment of this offering. This number is recommended because an instructor can still proceed a segment of this Class with fewer users than the minimum registration number.
