2449253 - Minimum Enrollments for Classes

Under the class record, there are two fields called 'Minimum Enrollments' and 'Maximum Enrollments'. The 'Maximum Enrollments' field sets the maximum registrations limit, then the system changes the registration status for those users to 'Waitlisted' until an open seat becomes available in the class.
