2449298 - ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY shortdump happens when trying to delete duplicate member formula or dimension member

Symptom

  1. User tried to delete duplicate member formula and met following shortdump:
    "ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY"    
    "CL_UJAM_WORKING_COPY_READER===CP" bzw. CL_UJAM_WORKING_COPY_READER===CM003 
    "QUERY_EXECUTE"   
  2.  User tried to delete a duplicated time-dependent account dimension member in the dimension page, error happened:
    "An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause"
  3. The issue still exists after user cleared the dimension cache
