2449303 - How to find Case in Business ByDesign

How to find case in Business ByDesign system.

SAP Business ByDesign

To find case which are created in system can be found by following below steps :

1. Login to Business ByDesign
2. Go to Application User and Management work center
3. Select cases view
4. Select case ID OR In Show Select All cases

Second way to Track your case is found by following below steps :

1. Login to Business ByDesign
2. Go to Help Center
3. Click on Track My cases
4. It will diplay open cases OR you can find case by inserting case ID in Find and Click on Go

Note : This will only show the user cases who logged in to the system

Third way to Track your case is found by following below steps :

1. Login to Business ByDesign
2. Go to Home Work Center
3. Under Self Services View click on My Requests
4. It will Show All open cases which is created by you(Logged in User)

Note : This will only show the user cases who logged in to the system
