2449350 - Job must be posted internally error message

When you are trying to post a job externally you get an error message stating that 'This job must be posted internally for X days before being posted to the external site.'

The reason you are receiving this message is because you have configured your job requisition XML so that the job must be posted internally for X days before it can be posted externally. You must post the job internally for the specified number of days before posting it externally or you can ask your implementation partner to edit the configuration in the job requisition XML. To do this they must set the min-internal-lead-days to 0. This will allow you to post the job externally without having to post it internally first.
