Symptom

You have one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Commitment reports show extra lines compared to the PO or PR: For example, PO only has 4 line items but commitment report shows more than 4 line items for this PO.

  • Table COOI shows extra lines compared to PO or PR: For example, PR has 5 lines but table COOI shows there are 6 lines for this PR, so one of them will always have an open commitment.
