How to add/update the learning event history using the Import Data tool?

Please follow the below steps to add/update the learning event history using the import tool.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
2. Set the "Action" to "Download Template" and set the "Entity Type" to "Learning History" >
3. Update the downloaded template with the data you want to import >
4. Navigate now back to System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data >
5. Set the "Action" to "Import Data" > "Record Type" to "Learning History" > "Import Option" to add/update (depending on your needs) > Set the time zone ID (based on your requirement) >
6. Click "Submit".

Note: Please ensure that while updating the values, the learning history template file does not have its cell formatting changed, especially for completion date and completion time.
