2449534 - 'Allowed Transactions' doesn't restrict customized transaction created from MIGO

Symptom

In SE93, user creates a customized transaction code with reference to MIGO. There is no movement type assigned to this customized transaction code in customizing OMJJ-> 'Allowed Transactions'.
No error message MIGO062 "Movement type xxx is not planned for this operation" is issued during goods movement. Material document is successfully posted.
