2449686 - User menu and Easy access menu are not available in SAP Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

  • The Fiori Launchpad will stop responding when clicking on a tile, OR
  • Easy Access Menu for Fiori Launchpad has been configured according to KBA 2441101, but users are still unable find/locate it in App Finder,

    AND

  • In the browser developer tools there will also be the following error: Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid regular expression: /^*$/: Nothing to repeat
  • Fiori Launchpad shows no tiles (for certain users, for certain clients):
