2449696 - Tab "Charges" or "Other Flows" is missing in transaction FTR_CREATE or TM_61

Symptom

You want to create a TRM transaction, for example a facility with product type 56A and transaction type 100. You want to enter other flows in tab "Other Flows" or you want to enter a fee / charge in tab "Charges", but the tabs are missing..
