How to change the dropdown values of the Opportunity Lifecycle Status.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Open the Sales work centre
2. Select the Opportunities work centre view.
3. Open the Advanced filter option.
4. In the Status field, select the dropdown list.

You want to change the dropdown value of the Opportunity Lifecycle Status.

You would need to use the language adapatation tool to adapt the values.

1. Go to the Administrator work centre.

2. Open the Language Adaptions view.

 3. Select the New button.

4.Enter a value in ID, Source Language and Target language fields.

5. Select the Save and Open button.

6. Click on the Edit button

7. Search and select the Sales work centre.

8. Select the Collect Texts button and then Save.

 9. Open the Code Texts tab.

10. In the Filter Texts field, search for Source text DEF.(DEF represents the current Status value)

11. Select the corresponding line item.

12. In the Target Text column, replace the current Status value with the new Status value.

13. Select the Save button.

In the Opportunity, the Status field should now display a new Status value in the dropdown list.

Both standard and custom Status values can be modified here in the Language Adaptions work centre view.
