2449764 - Integration error "Duplicate IDs exist in the system"

Symptom

When navigating from BizX to LMS the following error is displayed:

Resolution

Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > AUTHENTICATION > search for the setting loginPolicy.USER.caseSensitiveID and enable it (i.e., loginPolicy.USER.caseSensitiveID=true) > Apply Changes.

When enable, the setting ensures that case sensitive IDs are different.
