2449987 - 'Secondary Instructor' launches VLS as 'Primary Instructor'

• 'Secondary Instructor' launches VLS session, shows up as 'Primary Instructor'.
• 'Primary Instructor' appears twice in 'Hosts'.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
• Virtual Learning Service (VLS)

1. Log into 'LMS'
2. From 'Admin' section click the 'Learning' tab
3. Click 'Scheduled Offerings' on the left navigation
4. Click 'Add New'
5. Create the 'Scheduled Offering'
6. Add a second instructor
1. Go to the 'Scheduled Offering'
2. Under 'Related' click 'Segments'
3. Double click the schedule on the calendar
4. Locate the green plus next to 'Resources' and click the little down arrow
5. Select 'Add Instructor'
6. Search for instructor
7. Put a check in the box and click 'Add'
8. Click 'Save'
9. Click 'Continue'
7. Launch VLS as 'Secondary Instructor' and see that the host is listed as the 'Primary Instructor'

• VLS sessions use the WebEx Application
• WebEx Application does not have a concept of Secondary Instructors
• When a session is launched, the WebEx API is called using admin credentials on behalf of the LMS Instructor

• This is the expected behavior of the WebEx Application
• The product is working as designed
