2450009 - Users unable to see Custom Landing Pages

After creating custom landing pages(s) with include suborganizations checked, users are unable to see the new landing page(s).

SAP LMS

The "Show Tile For This Group" is based off of organizations not domains.

Verify the user is included in the organization or it's suborganization ( if selected) and not based off the user's domain.
