2450045 - PI File Channels Stop Polling regularly

• You have a Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) system which is using the FTP Sender Adapter
  
  
• You experience intermittent issues whereby the File channel stops polling the FTP server directory
  
  
• No error is thrown in the PI Communication Channel Monitor
  
  
• A manual stop/start of the File channel can temporarily resolve the issue but it will reoccur again at a later time
  
  
• Deeper analysis of the issue using Java Thread Dumps shows the following suspect thread:
