Issues at the moment to approve termination requests. Error message: You cannot save your changes because follow-up processes for position failed.

Approve Requests tile on To do list

Try to approve request from to do list for user who ahve applied for vountary termination(e.g.)

Root Cause:

Under Position Object, cust_reportsTo field is Incumbent Reports to and this field is a required field but no value has been entered for the user. Also, we see changes were done to Position object

Resolution:

Make this field " Incumbent Reports to" to not required i.e., make required to No from Yes and try or give a value to the same field for the user.
