Symptom
Sourcer was one of the approvers of the requisition. After the requisition was approved, all the approvers received the email except the Sourcer.
Resolution
In such cases, please check when the sourcer was added into the requisition.
Check the list of names associated to the requisition and the audit trail to verify when the role was added.
The role could have been added after the routing map was created.
The Sourcer will not receive the notification because it was not part of the routing map.
This is expected behavior.
The admin needs to make sure the S role is filled at the creation of the job req (step after the selection of the template).
Adding the role later is not going to change the routing map.
