2450135 - Schedule Type with "One Order" Flag allows multiple FO creation

Symptom

  1. SAP Transportation Management with Schedule for Schedule Type where One Order flag is enabled. 
  2. In the Transportation Cockpit, Create Freight Document is allowed multiple times for a single Schedule Departure. 
  3. In the Transportatoin Cockpit, planning multiple Freight Units against a single Schedule Departure results in the creation of multiple Freight Orders (FOs).
