2450394 - Cannot start Tomcat after SLD registration using ACTool

Symptom

Tomcat doesn't start after ACTool is used to register it in SLD
catalina.out shows following :

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Unrecognized option: -Xverbosegclog:/usr/sap/BID/sap_bobj/tomcat/logs/gcTomcat.gc
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
