2450406 - Net price zero if no valid conditions exist for current date

Symptom

You create a contract or scheduling agreement where time-dependent conditions are activated. You maintain conditions for a period that is not valid on the current date (e.g. only for a future period). You find that the net price (EKPO-NETPR) field shows zero value on item level of the agreement. The value of the condition is not taken over here.
