Schedule offering ID column is blank for some users in Item Evaluation By Individual Response report

Learning Management System

1.  Login to LMS instance
2. Reports > Item Evaluation By Individual Response report
3. Add filter criteria (survey id, item id etc.)
4. Run report
5. Notice for some users Schedule Offering IDs are appearing blank

• Admin has performed record learning for that item for the user
• This can be confirmed by editing user record > Item completed > Search for the item > If no "object details" (for blended and online items) found, it means that admin has performed record learning.
• When item is record learn, schedule offering id does not appear in Item evaluation report
