What kind of values do" Request type" filter display.

This displays the types of workflow requests already triggered in your instance

if you trigger a  workflow in national id portlet, it will display a value named” add national id “, if it’s for home address it displays “add  address” etc.

Can we add events in this drop down

It has nothing to do with events and we cannot add events in this drop down.

Do we have any option to mass decline workflows

Currently we do not have an option to mass decline workflows from "My Workflow Requests" page, but this can be done from Admin Alert 2.0 tile, Please refer to KBA:3060530

Is there any restriction in number of  mass workflow approval

Mass approvals can be done in batches of 100 workflows

UI Restriction

Note that this functionality only exist using PP3 and not in older UI.

PS: If we proxy as approver and mass approve workflows, currently the system cannot display this proxy information as part of workflow approvers/actions done, this is a product limitation.
