2450707 - Quartz error when importing candidates - Importing resume for candidate fails

Symptom

Partner wants to import candidate template via Scheduled job in Provisioning

Environment

  • Recruiting Management
  • Candidate Import Job
  • Provisioning

Reproducing the Issue

1. Partner uploads Candidate import template.

2. However, candidates with value in Resume column could not be uploaded and fails.

Cause

  • File name given in the Job page is not matching the filename in FTP.

Resolution

  • Edit the job configuration page and change the Date Format value to none. This affects matching of filename in FTP.
