2450853 - UWL support information is still visible even it is disabled from UWL administration

Symptom

  • UWL support information is disabled when checking in UWL Administration screen. Please check KBA 1532883 for how to find the UWL support information parameter. The parameter "Display Support information" is set to "false" as shown below:

  • When an end user opens the UWL in the portal, the UWL Support Information is still visible.
