2451033 - PRD error "Exception occurred while trying to read report design" when importing report

When importing a custom report into LMS, the following error is generated:

Check that the zip file does not contain an unnecessary folder

Remove the folder from the zip file, leaving only the necessary files.

Now when admin imports the zip file, no error is generated.
