2451133 - Assertion Failed: [RCM JobReqJobTitleLink] You must provided a label error

There's an error after logging in to the instance

Afte logging in to the instance, you will be able to encounter the error such as this  "Assertion failed: [RCMJobReqJobTitleLink] You must provide a label"

The reason for this is there are job requisitions that do not have internal or external title. This should be fill in to avoid the error.

In order to avoid the error, please run through every requisition and see to it that the job requisition titles, both internal and external are filled in.
