• How to rename the menu options in the References button in the Learning Management System (LMS)

The option names and translations for the Reference menu options are controlled by Labels

Reference Menu Labels can be updated:

1. Login to Learning Admin
2. Navigate to System Admin > References > Geography > Labels

3. References labels are Label Type: DATA and Label IDs begin with data.menu
4. Search for Label ID starts with data.menu
5. If looking for a specific menu option, such as "Item Types" under "Learning" use the search options:
• Label Value Contains Item Types
• Label ID starts with data.menu
• The results: data.menu.ComponentTypes
6. Open the Label in Edit mode by clicking the Pencil & Paper icon

7. Click the "Locales" tab
8. Scroll to the language to be modified (such as English)
9. Change the text value

10. Click "Apply Changes" to save the changes
