2451195 - Status Change does not trigger Exchange for SAP Work Manager 6.4

Symptom

  • A user status is changed on workorder operation level. If the mobile user does a delta synchronization, this single user status change is not detected as a change.
  • Occurred after upgrade of Work Manger 6.1 to Work Manager 6.4.
