2451316 - Mixed Content error when accessing Web Dynpro or Web GUI Application

Symptom

When trying to access a Web Dynpro or SAP GUI for HTML (WebGUI) application using Fiori Launchpad, a Mixed Content error is occurring:

The page at 'https://<URL>' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource 'http://<URL>'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
