2451372 - Change of Position Title not synced to Job Information - Employee Central

Position Title was changed as of 02/01/2017 from "Account Manager" to "Account Manager Testchange"

 

 In Employment Information it is displayed correctly:

 

 

In History however the previous title is shown:

This is expected behavior.

The Title has been changed in February.

In Employment Information the position is displayed as of today which is after the change was made.

In History it is displaying the latest record which is valid as of January, the title wasn't changed at this time.

Showing the new title in history before it was valid would be incorrect.

If inserting a new record effective after the title has been changed it will show the new title.

If you wish to insert a new record on job information hence is needed to add a new set statement on position to job sync rule to sync the position title field to some job information field, otherwise any record will be created.
