2451396 - Talent Flags not showing for successors on Succession Org Chart

Talent Flags icons (e.g. Risk of Loss, Impact of Loss, etc) are showing successfully for incumbents, but are not visible for successors in Succession Org Chart.

1. Go to Succession > Succession Org Chart;
2. Search for any user who has successors;
3. The Talent Flags icons are shown in the incumbent's position node:

3. However, the icons are not displayed for the successors/nominees:

In Succession Org Chart, to display Talent Flags icons and details, for both incumbents and successors, it is necessary to have the target specification in the Org Chart XML.

Note: in order to make changes in the XML, please contact your Implementation Partner. If you don't have a Partner, you can find for SAP Certified Partners via the SAP Partner Finder or, alternatively, speak with your Account Executive or Customer Engagement Executive about Professional Services options. After applying the target definition for the Talent Flags in the Org Chart XML, the icons will start showing for successors successfully:

Partner & Support Only

The tag target="both" must be defined for the talent flag, to make it visible for both incumbent and successor in Succession Org Chart.
