Symptom

SaveAsAscii can not export overlapping columns correctly.
The header line of the exported CSV file contains the delimiter character in the extra part.

For example, column 2 and column 3 overlap in the following data window.

"","","","","","","",

*** There is an extra delimiter after "column 6:".

"column 2:" overlaps with "column 3:", but an extra delimiter exists after "column 6:".
