2451583 - How to access the Mail Attributes in the IFlow

Symptom

Mail Attributes are included in the IFlow using the ${in.header.<AttributeName>} / ${header.<AttributeName>} expressions.
However even if the Mail Attributes are set, in runtime these expressions are returning blank / empty value.
