2451658 - Version created with system time instead of user specific time, SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

A user has a different time zone in their user master record (USLOGOND-TZONE) than the system time zone (TTZCU-TZONESYS). This user creates a purchasing document in which version management is active (for example a purchase order). The created version(s) shows a creation time which seems to be calculated with the time zone of the system and not the user.
