2451840 - MIGO: Document & does not contain any selectable items - SAP ERP & S/4HANA

Symptom

A purchase order item where it is allowed an over delivery tolerance of for example 25% or Unlimited delivery is checked. When carrying out a 'partial goods receipt'  against this purchase order item and trying to post a further goods receipt in transaction MIGO, error message M7064 'Document & does not contain any selectable items' occurs.
