2451866 - Checkout process fails in B2B storefront because of missing locale in sapordermgmtb2bfacades

Symptom

In B2B accelerator storefront, the checkout process fails in the last step (Checkout Summary) when the sapordermgmtb2bfacades extension is used with Locales other than "en":

Following are the statements logged in console:
