System throws below error message while acessing Candidate tab

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Login into the instance
2. Go to Recruiting
3. Click on the Candidates Tab
4. Error received 

Candidate Profile Template (CPT) is blank and does not have any field definition and the content in CPT looks like below

Complete the Candidate Profile template and import it into system. This will resolve the issue.
