2451984 - Migration of Phone Call Activities Template is Obsolete

Symptom

Your requirement is to migrate the Phone Call Activities but the migration template appears Obsolete in Cloud for Customer system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
  3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Phone Call Activities
  4. Choose Migrate phone call activities using the migration tool
  5. Able to see Migrate Phone Call Activities – Obsolete

OR

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Go to Overview view
  3. Search and Open the activity Prepare for Data Migration
  4. Select Download migration templates
  5. Phone Call Activities template appears Obsolete

Resolution

It is recommended to use Data Workbench for data uploads. There will not be any new enhancements for old migration templates.
