Symptom

  • Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : Object has failed to promote. Please see the log for more details.

        

  • Upon review of the logs it appears that the AdaptiveJobServer_LCMSchedulingService is unable to open a file within the output filestore.
  • Error: "ImportFailedcom.businessobjects.sdk.biar.BIARException$SDKException: CE SDK Exception occurred : 'Could not open the file C:\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\FileStore\Output\a_xxx\xxx\xxx\xxxxxx\..... (FWM 04002)"
