Symptom

  • Job SWEQSRV canceled.
  • In the canceled job log, there are errors like the following:

              Internal error occurred when processing parallel RFCs                            BT       857      E
              Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE                      00       564      A

  • In SM21 system log, the following errors can be found

              EK1    Error found in PBT environment, FM = SPBT_INITIALIZE
              EK4    > Failed to determine server information
