2452561 - Blank Portal FLP screen due to PcdInconsistentUpdateException Error occurred during the string buffer creation.

• When calling the Fiori Framework Page you observe a blank screen for all or some users
• The issue may appear sporadically
• This issue or similar may also occur using the AJAX Framework Page or the Standards AJAX Framework Page
• When checking the server Developer/Default Trace files you see an exception similar to the below:
