2452574 - Learning: Additional approver name appears for 1 level manager approval Process

• Approval process on Learning has an additional name.
• More than one approver name appears when enrolling in a class even though approval process used is 1 level manager.

1. Access Learning as a user >
2. Enroll in a class that has 1 level manager approval process associated >
3. Click "Approvers list" to expand the view >
4. Notice more than one approver name appears.

If the user enrolling in the course/class has an "Alternate Manager" assigned, then those users will appear in approvers list.

1. Access the Learning admin side >
2. Search and edit user record reporting this issue >
3. Actions > Assign Alternate Managers >
4. Remove the alternate mangers if you do not wish users to see multiple approvers when enrolling in a course.
