Symptom
The Program Status Report does not display all program activities
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Learning Management System (LMS)
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Program that includes both Required and Optional learning
- Assign the Program to a User
- Navigate to Reports > Program Status report
- Filter on the Program and User ID
- Note only the Required learning is displayed
Cause
This is expected behavior as the report was intended to only return required activities.
Note changes to item completions (seen in the user item history audit report) are stored in the user item event history table that is not used in this program status report.
Resolution
Workarounds:
- Up vote existing Enhancement Request to allow for optional activities to be included in the Program Status Report:

- Customize the Program Status report, or create a new report, that returns optional activities
