2452598 - Employee Export Shows Jobtitle Values Under Title

Symptom

Employee Export shows jobtitle values as title
When running "Export User File", results show jobtitle information under title instead of Mr., Mrs., Ms., etc...

Cause

HRIS Field jobtitle is hard-coded to Standard Element title

Resolution

This behavior is by design.
The "Title" column displays the JOB TITLE
Title, in this instance, is not a reference to name titles.
You can refer to the KBA for other fields which are hardcoded in the system
