2452598 - Employee Export Shows Jobtitle Values Under Title

Symptom

  • Employee Export shows jobtitle values as title
  • When running "Export User File", results show jobtitle information under title instead of Mr., Mrs., Ms., etc...

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core
  • Employee Central

Cause

HRIS Field jobtitle is hard-coded to Standard Element title

Resolution

  • This behavior is by design.
  • The "Title" column displays the JOB TITLE
  • Title, in this instance, is not a reference to name titles.
