Symptom

  • ASE errorlog reports error 8224 followed by a stack trace:

Error: 8224, Severity: 21, State: 1
Internal error: could not save description of lightweight procedure '*ss0594340478_1595432302ss*'.

  • The stack trace include functions:

des_lwpdescreate
open__lwpbyname
open__byname

  • This problem does not affect any regular service packs.
