Sometimes an error message like the below can be seen:

"Please report the following error to your system administrator:" [#error]

In order to identify the true error message with all details about it, the following setting should be enabled:

1. Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN
2. Find the line: reportStackTraceToUser=false
3. Change to reportStackTraceToUser=true
4. Click on 'Apply Changes' button.

After changing this, replicate the behavior again and the full error message will be displayed.
