2452625 - SMP 3.x install process failing to upgrade on Linux

Symptom

  • Upgrading from SMP 3.0.10 to SMP 3.0.12 fails immediately.

  • The silentinstall.log shows the following as the last action in the log:

    setting up prelaunch environment
