How to change first day of a week in the pop up calendar of a date field?

It is possible to change first day of a week in the calendar based on the logged in user's locale. This can be changed from Options -> Change Language. 

Based on the language selected, the first day of a week will be displayed. For example, if the language is "English US", then the first day of a week will be Sunday and if the language is "English UK", then the first day of a week will be Monday.
