Environment
Onboarding
Cause
- After Welcome letter is sent, PHV is restarted and completed. If we try to access onboarding using the link given in the Welcome Letter.
- If the account is locked
Resolution
- Welcome link will take you to the Onboarding panels if PHV is completed. If PHV is restarted, then wait till the PHV is completed again.
- Verify the account status in Super admin site.
