SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Cause
The Certificate Of Completion Learning Event (System) report is set to unpublished
Resolution
Ensure that the report Certificate Of Completion Learning Event (System) is published.
Check the learning history again for the user and report certificate will now print.
