Symptom

When a user is trying to print a certificate for any completed items in Learning History, the following error is generated

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access SuccessFactors Learning >
  2. From the top right menu, click on Learning History >
  3. Click on the Print Certificate icon from any completed item >
  4. The error message is displayed.

Cause

The Certificate Of Completion History Record (System) report is set to unpublished

certificate_report

Resolution

  • Ensure that the report Certificate Of Completion History Record (System) is published.
  • Check the learning history again for the user and report certificate will now print.
