2453081 - Failed to verify record MAC in SSL handshake

Connection to remote customer returns failed connection. The dev_icm trace file shows the following error:

"*** ERROR during SecuSSL_SessionStart() from SSL_connect()==SSL_ERROR_SSL

session uses PSE file "E:\usr\sap\SYD\<name>\sec\SAPSSLC.pse"

SecuSSL_SessionStart: SSL_connect() failed (536871969/0x20000421)

Failed to verify record MAC. Record may be corrupt or having been tampered with."

Release independent.
